Investing in Your Therapeutic Care

Beginning therapy is a conscious choice to tend to yourself with care and intention. It involves showing up regularly, making space in your life, and investing resources toward your own well-being. Therapy works best when it is approached as a collaborative commitment—one that unfolds over time and asks for presence, curiosity, and engagement.

My work is not one-size-fits-all. I approach therapy as a carefully shaped process, responsive to who you are, your pace, and what you are carrying. As a neurodivergent clinician, I am attentive to sustainability and nervous-system care—both yours and my own—and I intentionally keep a small caseload so I can remain grounded, focused, and deeply present in our work together.

A limited caseload allows me to devote thoughtful attention beyond our sessions. This includes ongoing consultation and supervision, continued study and reflection, gathering resources that may support your process, and holding what arises between sessions with care and consideration.

In compliance with the No Surprises Act, clients who are uninsured or choosing to self-pay are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of services prior to beginning care.
