taking time for Reflection & Becoming
My practice is especially oriented toward adults who feel emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, creatively disconnected, or struggling to navigate the liminal spaces we all find ourselves in. Many are caregivers, therapists, educators, artists, or deeply sensitive individuals seeking a more reflective and embodied therapeutic process.
Over time, you may begin to feel more connected to yourself, more emotionally grounded, and less alone in what you carry. Through relational and creative therapeutic work, there may be greater capacity for self-understanding, nervous system regulation, grief processing, meaningful change, and renewed connection to creativity and vitality.
“Do not feel guilty for prioritizing your emotional well-being. You deserve to flourish in safe spaces.”
