Relational Psychotherapy Integrating Therapeutic Art Practices
Individual Psychotherapy
I offer ongoing individual psychotherapy for adults seeking depth-oriented, relational support. Sessions are tailored to your needs and pace, with attention to nervous system regulation, emotional patterns, and the lived experience you bring into the room. This work is conversational and reflective, providing a steady space for insight, integration, and meaningful change over time.
Therapeutic Painting
Painting therapy is a guided therapeutic process that utilizes color in a specific way to support emotional regulation and psychological insight. Sessions may include simple, structured painting exercises that invite slowing down and noticing internal responses as color unfolds on the page. No artistic skill or prior experience is needed.
Painting therapy is offered as an experiential complement to ‘talk-therapy’ and is particularly supportive for those experiencing burnout, overwhelm, or a desire to reconnect with their inner life through non-verbal means.
