My therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, compassion, and collaboration. I work with people going through burnout, experiencing anxiety, depression, chronic stress, low self-esteem, grief and many other aspects of being human that can often feel overwhelming, lonely, and disorienting.

In addition to the more traditional talk therapy approach, I also work with expressive arts as a therapeutic modality. This is not a requirement for our work together rather, it is a gentle and compassionate way to access parts of yourself that may be hard to express through words alone. Through the use of various art forms, we can connect with your innermost emotions, thoughts, and experiences, tapping into your creative process and natural healing abilities. Utilizing creativity and art in therapy allows you to explore your inner world and gain deeper insights into yourself, moving beyond the limitations of talk therapy.

I believe that the relationship between client and therapist is at the heart of the healing process, and I work closely with my clients to create a safe and supportive space for exploration and growth. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions. My office is located in Ballard, Seattle.
